  Arrived Xmas eve evening room very spacious food very nice beautiful location defo come back again however on Friday night got very disappointed a man in restaurant stated that no shorts allowed at dinner singling us out even though lost count of how many was in shorts then got told ladies have 2 cover arm's also as I was wearing a strapless top to then look around 2 see lost count of how many of ladies with strapples tops on so start of week very enjoyable 5* rating however by end of wk 1*

  Nice stay. Rooms a bit dated need upgrading and more fresh salad on the menu will be welcome. Apart of that rooms clean well looked after. Staff friendly. Good red wine. Thank you

  Hotel rooms in need of a revamp but nice and clean food not to that clever says 4 star but no way location is a bit dead won't be going again

  The hotel is obviously eco conscious and as a result the hot water in the room is not in a massively plentiful supply. No Hollywood showers guys!

  Nice clean and modern rooms, food is usually excellent and pools and activities are brilliant. The only issue is that the dining halls could be a bit cleaner and I've seen a few cockroaches.

  This was my first all inclusive holiday and I wasn't disappointed. I did tip because I was getting great service and as a result it got even better!!!

  I stayed here over Christmas and it was superb! The staff were fanatic and put us all to shame speaking so many languages. The food was excellent and plenty of it. Yes there were some dishes that were re-hashed from left overs but that's exactly what I'd expect. I'd hate to see food wasted.
